Clint Knight started Knights Inspection Services in May of 2009 working out of his home in Conroe TX. With 20 years of NDT experience, a strong work ethic and an appetite for success, Mr. Knight grew the business into one of the most competitive inspection companies in the South and West Texas areas. Starting with only one inspection truck and a home based office Knights Inspection Services has since grown to twenty-one mobile inspection units, four mobile Electro Magnetic Inspection (EMI) units, in house inspectors throughout the regions with an organization of 40 employees and still growing. Knights Inspection Services has expanded its operations to Oklahoma, Louisiana while diversifying its product offerings to not only providing Tubular and Down Hole Tooling Inspections to now also offering Structural and Weld UT/MP inspections.
Knights Inspection Services LLC, strives to deliver the most competent employees throughout the organization. Over 60% of our inspectors started their careers and were trained by Knights. We have an internal competency program which grooms our new hires into becoming competent L2 inspectors. This is critical when emphasizing consistent service quality that meets and exceeds client expectation. KIS takes pride in organizational development and talent management.
Knights Inspection Services provide our clients with highly competent L2 Inspectors. Our Level II inspectors are proficient in interpreting applicable codes and standards to deliver the highest quality inspections. Our Level II Inspectors are excellent communicators that not only possess the technical skills but the soft skills as well to insure delivery of the best possible results.
Knights Inspection Services employs only the best ASNT Certified Level III inspectors which work in unison with KIS standards of service delivery. Our Level III inspectors play an integral part in our training and competency program such that we have frequent classes scheduled in order to train and re-train to eliminate complacency and update any changes with industry standards.
At Knights inspection services, we carefully select our new recruits in order to hire those young individuals that possess the required skill sets to become competent and dependable inspectors. Our newly hired hands are placed with our L2 inspectors under a mentoring program. While carrying out their duties preparing equipment for inspection, our technicians are learning the required skills to progress their careers within the company.
